Every coaching customer comes to us with an objective. Sometimes it's an event or personal challenge. Sometimes it's a desire to lose weight or be more fit. No matter what the reason, we always start with a foundation-shaking "Why?".
It's surprising to find that many people haven't fully explored a conversation about who they are, what they are capable of, and why they want to do something. Not understanding the underlying motivations, concerns, and challenges means you may not be considering all of the aspects important to reaching your goal. In some cases, it may mean you're focusing on the wrong goal altogether.
At Wy'east Wolfpack we know that real accomplishment comes from meaningful change and that the process of change is just as valuable as the end result. In alignment with our values, we use personalized, outdoor-focused, and challenging techniques for athletes of all levels, ages, and paces to work toward a broad range of goals. Whether you seek to run a 5k or 100+ miles–we can get you there. If you want to complete your first triathalon, we can help you do that. Maybe you want to design an epic backpacking trip that includes a few peaks along the way and be in the best shape to enjoy it–we do that too.
Whatever your goal, our unique, high-quality training style, designed to build your fitness and skill and then maintain it for ideal performance will help you grow and reach your objectives. All the while, adapting to how your body and mind respond to the training.
Our personal coaching starts with a base package that is a minimum of one month. We have this minimum in place to make sure that we're able to establish a solid fitness foundation. On top of this we'll work to help you build the specific skills and fitness qualities to reach your goal.

Introductory 30 minute call
Every coaching program we design starts with a clear understanding of who you are, where you've been, and why you want to do what you're doing. We use this to identify the exact elements of your training program that will be most beneficial to you.
Intake Questionnaire
Once we have an idea of what you're trying to do and why, we need to get an understanding of your level of skill and your basic fitness foundation. We use this to set a baseline and create the pace and effort for your plan.
Training Plan
This is the heart of reaching your potential. It will start as a very specific plan based on your available training time and the specific needs of your training. However, as you progress and learn more about yourself and how your body and mind respond to the training, we will make adjustments and adapt the plan to best suit your desired level of performance and specific outcomes.

Weekly Group Fitness Sessions and Community Access
It is very important that you be accountable in your program and that you share your journey with like-minded adventurers. For this reason we ask that you attend one group fitness class per week and try to be active in our online community. This is an incredibly valuable and dynamic part of your journey.
Weekly Check-ins
Understanding the challenges you face each week and how your body and mind respond to the training allows us to adapt and improve the plan. These weekly check-ins are your opportunity to give us the fine details we need to make the most of the time you spend in reaching your goals.
Base Package + $175 per month
These sessions can be scheduled by you around the various demands of your life. The topics and work done in these sessions can be specific to challenges you face in your training or they can be general skill improvements recommended by your personal coach. The only requirement for these sessions is that they be scheduled at least one week in advance.
Base Package + $50 per month
If you find the weekly group class to be valuable and want more opportunities then the Unlimited Group Fitness Classes add-on can be combined with your base coaching package. These are drop-in and do not require scheduling in advance or RSVPs. To see our group fitness class schedule click here.

As you work through your program you will have questions. In some cases you may need a higher level of communication. We want to be here for you whenever and wherever you need us so we offer the Unlimited Messaging Access add-on. With this, you can email or text us and we'll get back to you in a reasonable time with the information to keep you moving.
