Functional fitness get-togethers

Our Functional Fitness sessions, as well as our online group sessions, are designed to challenge and engage participants while cultivating an all-inclusive and supportive environment. All workouts are based on time rather than repetitions, with exercises being modifiable to suit your needs. We mix it up, using minimal equipment and Portland, Oregon nature as our gym.

ROAM Series

Our ROAM: Roving Outdoor Activities Meetup series is a multi-week, small-group workout that is held 100% outdoors–rain or shine!
