Getting up early in the morning builds mental strength. Follow that up with an actual strength workout & you become unstoppable! This 5-week series (once per week on Wednesdays starting 11/5/25) led by an experienced coach will introduce a warmup, dynamic stretches, followed by a different/challenging strength workout each session. Equipment will be provided & this will be an outdoor workout rain or shine. There has been known to be some high energy music blasting too! ;) These sessions are open to all levels and can be modified to suit your needs. Regardless of your level, this will push you outside your comfort zone a little, which is how you grow. All classes will be outdoor close-in to Portland, Oregon. Perk to get you out of bed: Strong Coffee and snacks before and/or after the workout! Bonus: All participants will recieve a Wy'east Wolfpack Skull Cap Beanie at the start of this series!
