Modern times are strange and challenging to say the least, especially for parents and kids. Young or old, we all are feeling the toll of our new “normal”; a world with too much screen time and too little human interaction. Some of this is inevitable and some screen time, valuable and necessary but we must learn to find balance–cultivating a personal relationship with nature and being outside.
Our typical daily schedule:
4:00 - 4:30 pm — Rolling drop-off time
4:30 - 5:30 pm — Time to MOVE and engage with others in trail running, hiking, and a variety of fun, physical activity-based cooperative games and challenges.
5:30 - 6 pm— Rolling pick up time
P.A.C.K stands for Portland After-school Connection for Kids and is a 8 week long day camp for kids 7-17. Running from April 8 to May 29 in week-long blocks. Moving our bodies, and connecting w/ others feeds our overall well-being…It’s really that simple!
