Self-guided programs

Whether it's on dirt, pavement, snow, or rolling water, we help you grow your skills, share your joy and stretch your adventure imagination. We add new content every quarter so you'll always have new things to explore.

Group functional fitness

We believe engaging with others is an integral part of keeping your smile bright and your fire hot. We have regular group runs, ROAM training, youth programs and partner events with local businesses highlighting food and drink, social action, and community building.

Youth programs

Now more than ever, kids need a deeper understanding of the power of their own bodies via physical activity, actual in-person interaction with others, and a developed relationship with their communities and the natural world that surrounds them.

Our youth programs are designed to engage with the body and the mind and to encourage a conversation about the role that physical activity plays in being an active part of the community and nature.

Personal coaching

We offer premier coaching of goal-based, outdoor-focused athletes of all levels and are renowned for our unique, holistic, high-quality training style.  We strive to create personalized training plans and coaching experiences specific to our clients' needs and we encourage them to engage in and become part of our larger community.

We’ve worked with folks of all ages and paces working toward diverse goals. Whether you're looking to run a 5k or go for a 100+ miles, preparing for triathlons or climbing a peak, or just looking to improve your fitness and emotional state, we can help.

Adventure trips & planning

We offer a range of events and trip experiences and can also help you plan sophisticated and meaningful adventures needing everything from location scouting and permitting to food, lodging, and travel arrangements.
