Intro to Functional Fitness

Welcome! We’re excited you’re here for “Functional Fitness for Every Body”!

This is a great program and an ideal place to start building a foundation of physical (and mental) fitness for whatever other activities you choose to do--whether it’s going to the gym or hiking a local park, biking a trail, paddling a river, climbing a peak...or anything else you can possibly think of!

Functional fitness is one of our favorite topics and is at the core of the Wy’east Wolfpack training/life philosophy. Let’s start by defining what we’re talking about:
