A unique, 4 month group training program designed around the 3 races of the Mountain Shop's Randonee Race Series.  


Wednesdays 6:00-7:15 pm!  

First week of January through the final race of the series at the end of april.     (No sessions on race week)


Sessions meet @ Leif Erickson gate at the end of Thurman St. in NW Portland, rain or shine...

Bring headlamps and be ready for a tough workout in a fun, supportive environment!

-14, 75-minute outdoor workout sessions focusing on exercises that improve ski form, balance, mobility, endurance and overall strength, as well as mental toughness to increase your "comfort with discomfort"

-Weekly emails from the coaches with workouts, tips, training advice, and more

*Our goal is to create an awesome social environment where participants develop friendships/training partnerships and join together to carpool to the mountains to practice skills and put the training to the test.  We hit the mountains all the network with your classmates and get after it!

Program Schedule:


Wednesday Sessions on the 4th, 11th, 18th, and 25th


Wednesday sessions on the 1st, 8th, 15th, and 22nd


Wednesday sessions on the 8th, 15th, and 22nd (NO class on the 1st and the 28th due to the first and second races)


Wednesday sessions on the 5th, 12th, and 19th (NO class on the 25th due to the final race)
