On Friday, October 11th at 7:00 am Wy’east Wolfpack lead wolf Willie McBride will be toeing the line at the 2019 Moab 240 Endurance Run. That’s right: a single 240 mile (!!!) non-repetitive loop from Moab, Utah with a cut-off time of 112 hours (check out the video below!)

Willie wanted to make this epic challenge into something bigger and more meaningful than just a personal quest; raising funds and awareness for The Native American Youth and Family Center (NAYA), a local non-profit providing vital services to the Native American community in Portland, seemed to be a good way to accomplish that. NAYA is developing an after-school running program and since Willie will be running and hiking the Moab 240 through Southern Utah, the historical homelands of the Ute Tribe, it seems like an appropriate cause for which to raise money.

Here’s how to donate:

-Follow the link to the Donation page on the NAYA website

-Click on a desired amount or enter your own:

$1 per mile = $240

50 cents per mile = $120

25 cents per mile = $60

12.5 cents per mile = $30
