Karrie offers a Hawaiian blend of comprehensive relaxation style massage with Structural Integration. She trained in Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage with many teachers on the island of Maui for over 10 years. Her move to Portland in 2016 brought her to learn S.I. bodywork, which has blown her away in client results. Structural Integration (SI) is a process-based approach to somatic education, typically involving manual therapy, that explores the possibility of change in how you use and experience your body. Through education, awareness, and therapeutic touch, clients can release painful, stressful patterns of tension.

Karrie is keenly fascinated by how bodies adapt and move in different environments and has an adept sensitivity to pain thresholds. As an avid beach and trail runner, kettlebell swinger and hula hooper she understands the love of running and commitment to progress and performance. She's stoked to be a part of the Wy'East Wolfpack healing house and looks forward to keeping you moving pain free. Aloha!
