PM-- Fusion (6:30 p.m. @ Mt. Tabor, SE salmon & 63rd Ave) 


AM-- Fusion (6:30 A.m. @ Wallace Park, BasketBall Courts, NW 25th and Quimby) 

NOON-- Fusion (12:00 p.m. @ Naito Parkway & Couch St.) 

PM-- sister shuffle (6:30 p.m. @ Lower Macleay Park, NW 30th & Upshur) 


AM-- sister shuffle (6:30 A.M. @ Cathedral Park, Beneath the St. John's Bridge in North Portland)

Class Descriptions:


One hour class geared towards runners, but open and inclusive to all. The session will cover and mix in basics of flow/vinyasa, gentle/hatha, holding poses/Iyengar to increase flexibility, relieve stress, and have you feeling zen-like by completion! (Bring your own mat)

Wy’east Fusion-

One hour hybrid class that mixes in high intensity interval training, bodyweight circuit workouts, running (stairs/hills, etc), & more surprises that your instructors will politely encourage you to do!

Sister Shuffle-

One hour run (Mix of road/trail) around our magnificent city accessing different locations such as Washington Park & Forest Park. Don’t worry, we won’t leave anyone behind! (3-6 miles depending on the group- *there will always be one instructor leading, and one bringing up the rear)
