Will finds beauty in the uniqueness of each day, and this is evidenced by the creativity he brings into each one of his group fitness classes. As a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and a Group Fitness Instructor through the American Council on Exercise, Will specializes in functional training, body weight exercises, and sensible weight-lifting.
Each of Will’s classes is different, challenging different muscle groups and providing a fun atmosphere. Will’s clients learn to use their own bodies and surroundings to strengthen lean muscle, build power, endurance, and stamina, as well as improve stability, and balance.
Angee Franzen--Yoga Teacher
Angee been practicing yoga since 2001. She received her 200hr yoga teacher certification in 2012 from Core Power and is currently enrolled at The Bhaktishop in the 500 hr program and studying Kundalini yoga under Kia Miller.
As a teacher she is interested cultivating strength and joy through dedicated, focused practice.
Blake Martin--Bootcamp Instructor
Growing up with athletic parents and a mother who was a registered dietitian, fitness and nutrition and athletics were always part of Blake's life. During college he realized that fitness was his passion and since then has enjoyed years of sharing his knowledge as a certified personal trainer. His drive is to help others reach their physical goals and empower them with improved fitness, strength and self confidence.
Linnea Solveig--Yoga Teacher
Linnea's explorations in body awareness and her love for physical expression have been present all her life. As a teacher, she tries to find a middle ground where the active body can help illuminate the mind and spirit. She is interested in working deeply with principles of skeletal, muscular and energetic alignment, while also sharing in the simple joy of moving the body.
After intensive teacher training in 2014 at The Loom School of Hatha Yoga, Linnea is on a perpetual journey to become a more knowledgeable teacher and humble student. She is currently under the tutelage of Todd Jackson, studying anatomy with Renee Sills through the Sola School of Contemplative Arts, and in the process of getting her 500-hour teacher training through The Bhaktishop Yoga Center.
